A traffic stop was initiated using red and blue emergency lights and sirens. The vehicle failed to yield for officers, however eventually stopped after several blocks. During the traffic stop, the vehicle took off at a high rate of speed at which time the driver side dart was successfully deployed and affixed. The vehicle stopped shortly after.
