Job Description:

This is a sales position with responsibilities that are focused on developing sales opportunities within state and local Law Enforcement, First Responder and DOD markets within a defined territory or state. The individual must have a proven sales track record of being able to close business. The Account Executive reports to the National Sales Director, and supports the company with the following responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for managing inbound leads and continual prospecting.
• Qualify new business prospects and move prospect into sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate account information, forecasting and qualifications of opportunities.
• Support sales activities such as sales quotes, RFP responses and delivery of sales presentations and materials for new client prospects
• Coordinate company resources for effective sales presentations via zoom, in-person or on-site demonstrations.
• Manage and lead prospect presentations whether in person or via web.
• Participate in annual trade shows as required.
• Travel as required to close business, within compliance guidelines of COVID restrictions and protocols.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Equivalent work experience working in a complex sales environment is required.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience selling product and services
• Public safety or military/DoD sales experience preferred
• Working knowledge of windows programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook required
• Working knowledge of CRM sales tools preferred
• Strong prospecting, selling, and closing skills

Compensation:

• Full time position
• Base salary plus commissions

Job Description:

The position is responsible for innovating and driving mobile application development of StarChase’s mobile software solutions and related technologies. Our tracking technology is based heavily on Google and Here Map’s API’s. Core responsibilities will focus on leveraging the Android development platform and Mapping API’s to improve and expand StarChase’s tracking and mobile application functionality.

We are looking for a senior level native Android developer with an understanding of complex backend functionality/services, API’s, and UI/UX development. Objectives include optimizing existing functionality and enhancing user experience. As well as the development of new mobile applications and related services that scale for use on mobile platforms. This is a full-time position based in our corporate offices in Virginia Beach, VA, and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

Must Have Skills & Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability in creating mobile applications in native Android Studio.
• Demonstrated ability in designing scalable mobile application architecture.
• Demonstrated ability in leveling backend services to expand mobile capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability in working with Google Maps API’s.
• Demonstrated ability in using and building third party Restful API’S in Spring Boot.
• Demonstrated ability in designing highly usable UI/UX mobile interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability in coding in NodeJS and PHP.
• Demonstrated ability with database architecture and MYSQL.
• Demonstrated ability working with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JSON, and XML
• Demonstrated ability to meet development commitments and timelines on a consistent basis.
• Working knowledge of GitHub or BitBucket.
• Working knowledge of concepts like Agile Development & Scrum.

Nice to Have Skills & Abilities (Not Required):

• Experience with full stack development within PHP framework.
• Experience with automation and load testing.
• Experience using a container technology like Docker.
• Experience using cloud hosted server platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience using AWS services like Elastic Bean Stack & EBCLI
• Experience using Google Firebase
• Experience working with GPS device protocols and device integration.
