Attempted Traffic Stop on Fleeing Vehicle – StarChase Successfully Deployed

The listed vehicle had stolen license plates on it. A traffic stop was initiated using red and blue emergency lights and sirens. The vehicle did not stop for several blocks, therefore the passenger StarChase tag was successfully deployed, and affixed. The vehicle stopped shortly after. #20-859
