The subject was located and taken into custody

An officer attempted to stop a vehicle that was being operated by a subject wanted for multiple felony warrants out of our jurisdiction. The vehicle pulled over however as the officer approached the vehicle, it began fleeing from the stop. Starchase was deployed and the unit was able to track the vehicle until it came to rest by crashing into a tree. The driver fled from the vehicle and a K9 track ensued. The subject was located and taken into custody.
