Officers were able to successfully follow the dart via gps

Officers were able to successfully follow the dart via gps until the driver parked and ran from the vehicle.  The driver was charged with a second auto theft as well, as he was seen entering a different stolen car before fleeing in the one that was ultimately stopped for. #20-751
