Stolen vehicle eluding police recovered after officers use StarChase system

Officers with a NorthWestern agency were able to successfully deploy a StarChase tag onto a stolen vehicle that was attempting to elude them. After tracking the vehicle, officers were able to arrest the 2 suspects inside on a variety of charges. #19-142.
