Eluding suspect in stolen Subaru in custody after police deploy a StarChase GPS tag

An eluding suspect driving a stolen vehicle is now in police custody after officers deployed a GPS tag onto the stolen Subaru. The Subaru was recovered without any damages. #19-146.
