A theft suspect wanted on multiple warrants in custody after officers use StarChase tag

When an officer found a vehicle matching the description of a theft suspect who was also wanted on other warrants, a vehicle stop was attempted. The suspect refused to stop, so a StarChase GPS tag was deployed and the suspect was arrested after officers tracked the vehicle. #19-143.
