WASHINGTON — President Trump participated in the Public Safety Officer Medal of Valor presentation on Wednesday.
For the third consecutive year, Trump has personally awarded the honorees. The ceremony was presented at the White House to law enforcement officers who went above and beyond in the line of duty to keep their communities safe.
The actions of recipients include protecting people during an active shooter ambush and stopping an offender who opened fire on police on Christmas Eve.
