LOS ANGELES — The LAPD released a dramatic video of an April 20 shootout that shows a man opening fire on officers.
According to ABC News, two LAPD Gang Enforcement Division officers saw a suspicious white BMW roll through a stop sign, prompting a short pursuit.
During the pursuit, the armed driver suddenly stopped and exited the car, then ran into a public housing project.
