Police chase from Chesapeake to Portsmouth ends in crash

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A police chase that spanned two cities ended Sunday night after the driver lost control of their vehicle and crashed, police say.
Chesapeake Police said the incident began when they were called to the 1300 block of Canal Drive around 9 p.m. for reports of a fight.
When officers arrived, they say cars fled the scene. Police attempted to pull over the vehicles, but one refused to stop.
