Police chase suspect with lights out

GREENFIELD, Wis. — The driver of a car without lights who was fleeing Greenfield police early Thursday was charged Friday with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and attempting to flee or elude an officer.
A Greenfield police officer caused Calvin Marlow’s car to crash in a neighborhood near South 116th Street two blocks north of West Layton Avenue.
It was the ending of a high-speed pursuit that was recorded on Greenfield Police Department squad car video.
