LITITZ, Pa. (WHTM) – The parents of a Lititz teenager killed in a crash near Warwick High School last October have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the woman awaiting trial for murder and related charges.
The parents of Meghan Keeney are suing Debra S. Slaymaker-Walker in Lancaster County Court, claiming her recklessness and carelessness caused them to incur significant medical and funeral expenses.
Slaymaker-Walker, of Mount Joy, is charged with third-degree murder, vehicular homicide, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and fleeing and eluding regarding the October 26 crash that killed Keeney and Jack Nicholson, both 16-year-old juniors at the high school.
