Texas toddler dies after being hit by car twice in Dallas parking lot

DALLAS (KFDX/KJTL) – A Wichita Falls mother is making funeral arrangements for her 3-year-old son after he was run over in a Dallas parking lot Saturday afternoon.
Jorge Neri was with his grandparents and siblings at a restaurant when he was hit.
Family members said the driver hit Neri, slowed down and then raced from the scene, hitting him again.
