ABC News 4 investigates North Charleston Police Department pursuit policy

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A police chase on Thursday ended in flames, damaged cars, and a North Charleston teen in jail.
Following the chase, ABC News 4 looked into the North Charleston Police Department’s pursuit policy, to find out how the department decides whether to pursue a suspect or call the chase off.

Cassius Brown, 17, was in court facing a slew of charges, including possession of a stolen vehicle and unlawful carrying a handgun.
