Tulare police remember slain K-9 officer, memorial service open to public

A month has passed since a Tulare police dog was killed in the line of duty. This week, Tulare police and local law enforcement will pay tribute to the fallen officer.
At 10 a.m. on Wednesday, a memorial service will be held at the International Agri-Center for Bane.
The Tulare memorial is open to the public, according to officers.
