Investigation underway after Newark police chief caught on camera running school bus stop sign

Newark’s police chief is under investigation after being caught on camera disregarding a school bus stop sign.
That bus driver is calling for Chief Barry Connell to be charged.
According to Newark Police, the case now sits at city hall.
