Damian is a seasoned technology professional with over 25 years of experience in delivering innovative solutions across both the public and private sectors. As the Chief Technology Officer at StarChase, Damian leads the charge in innovation, engineering, software development, and the strategic technology roadmap.
Damian leverages his extensive expertise to drive technological advancements and operational excellence. His career spans multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, logistics, defense, public safety, utilities, and intelligence, showcasing his versatility and broad impact.
Damian has successfully led technology teams of over 75 professionals across four continents, managing budgets exceeding $10 million. His leadership has been instrumental in designing, building, and delivering advanced solutions for federal and state governments, as well as Fortune 50 companies. Additionally, Damian has played a key role in supporting multiple sale and acquisition transactions, further demonstrating his strategic acumen.
John day
Vice President of Business Development
A results-driven business leader and U.S. Marine veteran with over 30 years of experience scaling companies, launching products, and securing high-value government contracts in the Defense and Law Enforcement manufacturing sectors.
A former Special Operations Officer with USSOCOM, John held leadership positions from Platoon Commander to Battalion Operations Officer and played a pivotal role in standing up MARSOC, the Marine Corps’ component of U.S. Special Operations Command.
In the private sector, John has led business development and operations across multiple organizations, including as Managing Director of Horatius Defense LLC, President of Artemis Arms, COO of SilencerCo, and VP & General Manager at Remington Outdoor Company. He has built relationships with over 100 C-suite executives, private equity sponsors, and DoD stakeholders, developed winning proposals, and secured contracts from aerospace OEMs, defense manufacturers, and emerging technology firms. Additionally, he has driven product development and scaling initiatives at FreshAir Sensor LLC and served as Director of Operations for Mudrick Capital Management.
John holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Tami Linton
Business and HR Manager
Tami Linton is the Business and HR Manager at StarChase LLC in Virginia Beach. In her current role, she oversees both financial operations and human resources, managing essential functions such as payroll, talent acquisition, financial forecasting, and daily office administration. Prior to her tenure at StarChase, she built extensive experience in accounting and payroll management at INW Solutions, ABS Technology, and Forest River Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Human Resources from Strayer University.
