Kidnapping and Robbery Suspect Arrested, Stolen Vehicle Recovered – StarChase Successfully Deployed

21-688 Police Officers used a StarChase GPS Tag to safely track a stolen vehicle that was used during a robbery and kidnapping event. The stolen vehicle was tracked to a gas station where officers were able to make an arrest without incident.
