Suspect on the run after crashing two stolen vehicles, eluding police during East Millinocket pursuit

EAST MILLINOCKET, Maine — Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly stole two vehicles and led two police departments on a chase Tuesday morning.
A Maine State Police spokeswoman told NEWS CENTER Maine officers tried to stop a truck on Interstate 95 near Medway around 1 a.m. before the driver took off. Troopers pursued the suspect.
East Millinocket police told us they also attempted to stop the truck before pursuing the suspect. Read more here.
Auto Theft Suspect Arrested, Stolen Vehicle Recovered – StarChase Successfully Deployed
21-782 Police Officers observed a stolen vehicle that was eluding them in traffic. A StarChase GPS Tag was used to successfully tag and track the stolen vehicle to a residential location. Officers were able to safely make an arrest and recover the stolen vehicle without incident.
