Auto Theft and Shoplifting Suspect Arrested – StarChase Successfully Deployed

21-778 Police Officers were called to a Home Depot where a suspect fled after shoplifting. Upon arrival, the suspect fled in his vehicle. Officers confirmed that the vehicle was stolen and also had affixed stolen license plates. A StarChase GPS Tag was used to successfully tag and track the stolen vehicle containing the shoplifting suspect. The suspect pulled into a residential area where police were able to make a coordinated apprehension without incident.
