Driver with Felony Reckless Evading Violations and Warrants Arrested – StarChase Successfully Deployed

21-611 Police Officers observed and attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle wanted in connection with Felony Reckless Evading Violations. Instead of pulling over, the driver fled. Officers were able to successfully deploy a StarChase Tag onto the back of the fleeing vehicle and track from a distance. The suspect stopped and abandoned the vehicle. During a brief foot pursuit, the suspect discarded a firearm before being caught. The suspect was arrested for his warrants and felony evading violations.
