Felony Stop on Suspected Kidnapper – StarChase Successfully Deployed

Patrol officers were alerted of a white minivan in the area connected to a possible kidnapping call. When spotted, officers activated emergency equipment and deployed a StarChase Tag successfully. The StarChase officers were able to assist arresting officers with the felony stop.
