Police ID man shot by officer in Colerain Twp. after chase, crash Monday morning

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Police have identified the man shot by police following a pursuit and crash in Colerain Township on Monday.
Colerain Township Police Chief Mark Denney said a traffic pursuit with Carrington Shropshire, 21, began in North College Hill, but the North College Hill Police Department called off their chase once it entered Colerain Township.
