3 teenagers lead police on high speed chase from St. Paul to Minneapolis, MN

MINNEAPOLIS — St. Paul PD says 3 teenagers are to blame for a high speed chase involving multiple agencies across the Twin Cities Saturday afternoon.
According to Sgt. Mike Ernster with the St. Paul Police Department, they got a hit on the license plate of a black Mercedes, reportedly stolen at gunpoint in a previous car jacking incident in Minneapolis.
