Alleged domestic assault on I-94 leads to police chase
An alleged domestic assault occurred on I-94 in Taylor early Thursday morning that ultimately led to a police chase and apprehension of the suspect near I-96 in Detroit. The suspect, a male, had two small children in the car with him during the chase.
Taylor Police Chief John Blair said the suspect assaulted the female inside the vehicle on eastbound I-94 in Taylor, near Telegraph, and pushed her out. The female was the driver* and the suspect was a passenger.
