2 suspects arrested after officers use StarChase system on stolen truck

When officers spotted a stolen truck, they attempted to pull it over. The driver refused to yield, so a StarChase GPS tag was deployed onto the vehicle. From there, officers were able to coordinate a safe apprehension of the 2 suspects inside the truck. #19-321.
